Successful developers Lois and Richard Nicotra of The Nicotra Group, LLC purchased the two Corporate Commons buildings, located on the grounds of the Teleport, in late 2008. In June, the Nicotras announced their first Corporate Commons lease agreement with the Saint Pauls School of Nursing. We are happy to welcome our first tenants to Corporate Commons and especially pleased that the Saint Pauls School of Nursing will bring new employment opportunities to the Corporate Park of Staten Island while also giving our borough an additional educational resource focused on the growing field of health care,â? said developer Richard Nicotra. Corporate Commons is comprised of two buildings with almost 300,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space owned and managed by The Nicotra Group as part of The Corporate Park of Staten Island, the only corporate park in New York City. The Saint Pauls School of Nursing is investing between $4-5 million to outfit the space as a state of the art modern facility. The Nicotras have renovated the public areas in each building including addition of original artwork, designer furniture and lush foliage in the dramatic lobby spaces.
