Ram Cherukuri, owner of New York Fragrance, is currently working on a $3 million project in the Bloomfield section of Staten Island. The plan is to create a 15,000 square foot warehouse and outlet shop for the fragrance, cosmetics, and hair care distributor.  Once completed, the development could lead to a total of 75-80 new jobs for the borough.
