Building & Developers Circle

SIEDC BUILDING & DEVELOPERS' CIRCLE assists commercial and industrial property owners in developing their sites fostering new capital investment and the creation of jobs for Staten Island residents.

The Building & Developers' Circle builds on the success of the capital project program SIEDC began in 2008. The SIEDC's Developers Circle is an exclusive membership group open to the owners, managers or representatives of commercial / industrial property on Staten Island. Members of the SIEDC Building & Developers' Circle not only gain public exposure and potential clients for their projects, they also receive invaluable feedback from industry experts and the local business community.

SIEDC is the best problem solving resource we know of. They have come to our help in several instances dealing with the City and resolving persistently difficult issues our business deals with every day. They also have partnered with us to obtain incentives which helped our business prosper, a difficult task in today's economy. "
