The SIEDC Leadership Institute is a membership group that serves as advisors to the 40 Under 40 Leadership Group while at the same time enhancing their own leadership skills through a series of seminars and training sessions. The Leadership Institute meets monthly to network and exchange ideas on how to improve the business climate of Staten Island through various programs and events.

This membership is limited to ten participants.
