Through a collaboration between SIEDC and The Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR), a web based database of available property information is available for businesses interested in moving or expanding their operations to a location on Staten Island.

SIEDC maintains relationships with leading commercial real estate brokerage firms to assist businesses in site selection.

SIEDC also provides City and State incentive information to help with facility costs, real estate taxes, financing and workforce development – which are all vital components to any Commercial / Industrial real estate deal.
