Description: The Community Service Employment Program (CSEP) is an employment referral program whereby SIEDC connects recently unemployed or recent college graduates with community service assignments, as preparation for full time employment. Upon successful completion of a community service position, applicants will then be placed in full-time employment positions. Goal: CSEP provides both community services and employment to skilled recent graduates or the recently unemployed. Participants are placed in community service activities at non-profit facilities which match their skill-sets as best as possible. It is intended that community service training serves as a bridge to successful employment; CSEP's goal is to place 50 applicants into employment annually. Eligibility: CSEP applicants must:
