From Left to Right: Laura Liberto, Sr. Vice President - Laura is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. In addition, Laura works on programs and projects including the West Shore Light Rail Study, the Leadership Development Program and the planned Health & Environmental Conference. Read more here.
Theresa Catania, Office Assistant - Theresa joined SIEDC in 2004 as a receptionist, and currently serves as an Office Assistant. Theresa handles incoming phone inquiries and also assists with administrative duties, and is responsible for entering Siebel CRM, a client-relationship management system software.
Cesar J. Claro, President & CEO - Maybe it's the name, but there's no doubt that Cesar is one of the most dynamic leaders on Staten Island. He oversees a $1.8 Million budget, a staff and consultant team of twelve members, and over twenty-five projects and programs, which serve over 4,000 businesses a year. Read more here.
Alex Porto, Director of Membership & Outreach - Alex is credited with bringing SIEDC into “Web 2.0”, improving SIEDC’s internet presence significantly while establishing an online constituency for the organization through social media channels, and improving internal technology operations. Marisol Paulino, Outreach Coordinator - Marisol joined SIEDC in 2005 as a receptionist, and currently serves as the Outreach Coordinator. Marisol maintains SIEDC's opt-in databases, distribution of Opportunity SI magazine and post-event SIEDC photos, as well as handling service inquires as part of the Outreach Division. Marisol also assists with administrative duties and direct mailings.
Jodi Guagliardo, Conference Consultant - Jodi is what makes our large conferences run so smoothly; she is the consultant responsible for both the planning and coordination of the Annual SI Economic Development Conference and the Health & Wellness Conference.

Janet Dugo, Staten Island Business Trends - Not just a local reporter, Janet is an active caring and giving member of SIEDC's Women's Leadership Council. The name and face of SI Business Trends, Janet represents everything SIEDC is looking for from a leading woman in business.
Anthony Tucci, Law Office of Anthony Tucci - A local attorney, Anthony may just be the brightest business man on Staten Island. An expert in economic development, Anthony is the guy every business person needs to retain to secure the maximum benefits available to them.
Barrington Burke-Green, Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island - A long time participant in the Annual SI Economic Development Conference, Barrington recently became an active SIEDC Ambassador. Representing the Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island, Barrington is always happy, always enthusiastic and always committed. We expect Barrington to be a part of SIEDC for a long time.
Chris Williams, Williams Eye Works- Though a friend to SIEDC for many years, Chris recently came on the scene and made such a big splash that he was voted our "Most Enthusiastic Member in 2010." He is both a sponsor and active participant in every SIEDC event. A true Staten Islander, Chris is the SIEDC's biggest booster.
Pamela Columbia, Statewide Fire Corp. - Despite her young age, Pamela has been associated with SIEDC for many years. First, as SIEDC's nominee into American Express's "Make My Business A Million" program, then as a member of the Women In Business Program, a Cabinet Member, and now she serves as SIEDC's youngest Board Member. By any measure, she represents one of the top three women in business on Staten Island.
Lenny Rampulla, Rampulla Associates Architects - Not only does Lenny represent Staten Island's best architecture and design firm; he represents exactly what any business group wants in a member: a committed community leader who has insight into every project and how to get it done.
Ed Gomez, Da Noi Restaurant - Most people know him as the most successful restaurateur on Staten Island. We know him as SIEDC's first restaurant member, going back several years. His participation led to the creation of SIEDC's Executive Dining Network, one of our most successful membership levels.
