SI Works

Thanks to a grant from the Northfield Bank Foundation and Bank of America, the SIEDC has developed the “SI Works” program to foster the connection between employers and potential employees in order to help local industrial, manufacturing and transportation businesses better connect to the local workforce to fill these job requests. The SI Works program allows business owners to submit their hiring needs and receive resumes which have been reviewed by trusted sources, all free of charge.

SIEDC launched an incubator program for Veteran and Immigrant-Owned Businesses. The program’s goal is to assist veterans and immigrant-owned and operated businesses grow through various benefits.
